This is a Class A 2002 37' Fleetwood Bounder (36S). It is in excellent condition and runs great, and it includes a little over a 3 year warranty through Cornerstone RV. We have been using this motorhome over the last 10 months to travel and live in full-time. The inside is loaded with features including 2 AC ducted ceiling units, 2 ducted furnace units, convection microwave, sleeps 2-6, automatic jacks, 1 super slide out in living room, generator with only app 45 hours on it, low mileage being 25,865. 30 amp with new plug, app. 20 gallon propane tank, 75 gallon gas tank (not diesel), rear monitor camera, normal wear on inside furniture, gas oven & stove-top, lots of cabinet & closet space, large fridge & freezer, and much more. Everything inside and under the hood works great. Any minor problems we had when we first bought it were all cosmetic and we had them fixed using our awesome warranty we purchased with it that saved us a ton of money. The warranty covers virtually anything that needs repair mechanically, electronically, or any other thing that breaks. It also gives you an allowance or reimbursement for things like rental, towing, hotel/meals, and food spoilage in case of a break down or trip interruption.
